Jungle Walk Conservation Park

Take a Walk on the Wild Side!

Sephera Says:

As of 2006 there are over 16,000 different species that are listed as threatened (close to extinction) in the world! Over half of these species are plants!

Animal Care Tip

Chinchillas are a type of rodent from the Andes Mountains in South America. Chinchillas that live in captivity must have regular dust baths to help keep their fur clean. These sand dust baths are like regular showers to us! This fine sand can be purchased at your local pet store or from a reliable online dealer.

Welcome!

We would like to take a moment to thank you for visiting our new site! Jungle Walk will be the Inland Northwest's only exotic animal conservation park. Our animals come from many different local backgrounds; some of them have come to us from other rescues, animal surrenders, and even private owners. Eventually, we are looking to expand our capabilities to accept animals from all across the country and world from other zoos, sanctuaries, and private homes. What started as a small grassroots effort has quickly grown to this larger vision of a conservation park.

Currently, we are working towards obtaining our non-profit (501 c 3) status and then securing a location for our dream of a safe haven and educational facility for the Spokane, Washington area. Check back here frequently to see updates to our website, our facility location, as well as animal updates.
